Another weird nugget that came out of the eight track recorder home studio era; “homemade LoFi” as Defuser likes to call it. Very diverse mixture of sounds, from pure experimentalia, the main focus on the album, to more melodious compositions influenced by the new wave, industrial, punk (even disco) frenzies of the time. It’s almost like an homage to bands like the Talking Heads, Tuxedomoon, Dead Kennedys and the like. Hail the 8track recorder and the never-ending 80s.
